Nevada Middle School volleyball competes at home

The Nevada Middle School seventh- and eighth-grade volleyball teams were both in action Monday evening, hosting Fort Scott Middle School. Fort Scott's seventh-grade volleyball team swept Nevada's seventh graders, winning the A-team match in three sets, 25-20, 25-23 and 25-19, and the B-team match also in three, 25-17, 25-19 and 25-17. Nevada's eighth graders won the A-team match over Fort Scott, 25-19 and 25-21, but Fort Scott prevailed in the B-team match, 25-14 and 25-12.
