PLEASANT HILL -- The Nevada High School freshman football team got back into action for the fourth time this season Monday night, at Pleasant Hill High School.
Head coach Josh Smith's freshman Tigers were able to keep pace with the Roosters, but ultimately fell just short in the end. By the time all was said and done, Pleasant Hill took the victory by a final score of 36-28.
Next on the schedule for Smith's squad is Monday, when the Tigers head back out on the road to take on Adrian. Kickoff in that contest is set for 7 p.m., at Adrian High School.
