Nevada freshman, JV football wins on the road

ANDERSON, Mo. -- The Nevada High School freshman and junior varsity football teams got back into action Monday night, with a unique opportunity.

The Tigers played a combined game at McDonald County High school, instead of the usual, separate freshman and JV games. The Tigers took full advantage of the occasion, taking the victory by a final score of 40-26.

That win marked the end of the season for both the freshman and JV squads.
