Hannah Householder competes in state golf

SEDALIA, Mo. -- Nevada Lady Tiger golfer Hannah Householder was tied for 48th place after Monday's first round of the Missouri State High School Activities Association Class 1 Girls' Golf Championships, at the Sedalia Country Club.

Householder turned in a 100 to tie Mount Vernon's Megan Pope. Westminster Christian's Jessica Dreesbeimdieke turned in Monday's best round with a 72 and Ashley Childers, Mount Vernon, was second with a 75.

The other three golfers in Householder's foursome Monday included Cassie Martin, Macon, with a 98, Brooke Kelley, New Bloomfield, with a 99 and Stefanie Eggleston, Maysville, with a 102. Householder was scheduled to begin Tuesday's round at 9:06 a.m., on the first tee with Hannah Dove, Mary Institute Country Day School, Rebecca Westbrook, Richmond, and Erin Hold, Sacred Heart (Sedalia).
