Nevada Middle School basketball falls at home

The Nevada Middle School's seventh-grade girls basketball teams split a doubleheader against Webb City Tuesday night, at the Franklin P. Norman City/County Community Center, in Nevada, while Nevada's eighth-grade squads found themselves on the short end of a sweep.
Nevada's seventh-graders won the B-team game by a final score of 30-12, but Webb City salvaged the split, winning the A game, 26-6. Webb City won both of the eighth-grade games, taking the A game by a final score of 38-10, and completing the sweep with a 33-13 victory in the B game at Nevada Middle School.
The middle school basketball teams are scheduled to head back out on the road Thursday evening, taking on McDonald County.
