Lights at the Lake display opens Wednesday

Nevada's annual drive-thru Christmas Light display at Radio Springs Park is set to open Wednesday after Nevada Mayor Seth Barrett lights the Mayor's Christmas tree at 6 p.m. The display will be open nightly, weather permitting, through Dec. 31.

Nevada Parks and Recreation Director Dana Redburn plans to reserve the first hour for people to take a stroll around the lake for a different view of the display.

There is no admission fee, but donations are accepted and split with whichever group is manning the display each night.
