Five members of the Nevada Tigers football team earned All-District and All-state honors for the 2013 season.

The Missouri Football Coaches' Association's All-Class 4, District 7 team included senior quarterback Alex Payne, senior defensive back Keegan Bell, senior linebacker Cole Sanderson, junior offensive lineman Caleb Smith and sophomore kick returner Chaden Brandt. Brandt also was included on the MFCA's Class 4 All-State third team as a kick returner.

First-year head coach Erik Yoakam's Tigers started the 2013 season 0-4, but went on to post a strong finish, winning five of their last six games to end the season with an overall record of 5-5. That season came to an end when the Tigers fell to the Bulldogs of Grandview High School by a final score of 55-6, in the first round of district play, at Grandview High School, Oct. 31.
