Christina Ann Wilson Nolin
Christina Ann "Tina" Wilson Nolin passed away March 25, 2014, at Freeman Hospital West in Joplin, Mo., after a long, brave battle with cancer. Tina was born March 2, 1963, in Inglewood, Calif., to Paul E. Wilson and Barbara A. Scroggin Wilson. She married Kevin Nolin on Sept. 11, 2004, in Joplin, Mo.
Tina is survived by her husband, Kevin, and their four children, Shanell and Eric Bradshaw, Stefani and Justin Burris, and William and Angela Nolin, all of Seneca, Mo., and Josh and Nikki Jackson, Joplin, Mo.; nine grandchildren, Sidnee and Montana Bradshaw, Ryker Burris, Jared, Destiny, Sierra, Hailey and Katrina Nolin, and Raven Jackson. She is also survived by her mother, Barbara A. Wilson, Nevada; and a brother, Chris Wilson, Arnold, Mo. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul E. Wilson; her grandparents; and her beloved cousin, Carl Henry Wilson, of Cleveland, Okla.
Tina attended Nevada schools and was a 1981 graduate of Nevada High School. She attended nursing school in Nevada, and worked at Nevada Regional Medical Center, Heartland Behavioral Health Center, both in Nevada, and the Hawthorne Center of St. John's Regional Medical Center, in Joplin, where she retired in 2006. Tina was a member of the Destiny Church in Webb City, Mo., and was an active volunteer with the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.
Visitation will be from 12:30-1:30 p.m., Saturday, at the Mason-Woodard Mortuary. Private interment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks in care of the Mortuary. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mason-Woodard Mortuary of Joplin, Mo.
