Maddyx Eugene Johnson-Grant

Krista Polk and Malcolm Johnson, of Nevada, are proud to announce the birth of their son, Maddyx Eugene Johnson-Grant.

Maddyx was born at 2:25 p.m., Monday, April 14, 2014, at Mercy Hospital, Fort Scott, Kan. He weighed 7 pound, 8 ounces, and measured 21 and 1/2 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Darren and Jodi Polk, of Nevada. Maternal great-grandparent is Verna Polk, of Nevada.
