NRMC hires new CEO

The Nevada Regional Medical Center Board of Directors announced Tuesday that they have hired Kevin Leeper as the new chief executive officer. Leeper will start at NRMC July 28.

Leeper and his wife, Marla, have ties to Columbia and Kansas City, and they are excited to move back home.

Leeper comes with vast experience in driving revenue, building successful management teams and improving customer satisfaction. His previous position was in Llano, Texas, where he directed hospital and clinic operations in an organization similar in size to NRMC. There he enhanced financial strength and operations during his 12-year tenure. He also has experience as a CFO in El Campo and Burnet, Texas, where he was successful in reducing accounts receivable, growing business, managing expenses and improving workflow efficiency.

Leeper holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in business from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. He received his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston. He has completed Lean Management training and has been involved in community organizations.
