GVVCC volleyball Saturday

The Golden Valley Vernon County Conference volleyball tournament will take place Saturday in Walker.

In pool A, No. 1 seed Hume faces No. 5 seed Ballard at 9: 30 a.m. At 11:30 a.m., No. 4 Northeast Vernon County plays Ballard. At 2 p.m., Hume squares off against NEVC.

In pool B play, No. 2 seed Bronaugh matches up against No. 6 seed Sheldon at 8: 30 a.m. At 10:30 a.m. No. 3 seed Miami takes on Sheldon. Bronaugh will play Miami at 1 p.m.

The third place pool game is at 3:30 p.m., while the second place pool game will start at 4:30. The championship match is at 5:30 p.m.
