Nevada Tae Kwon Do students earn top finishes

Awards were given for overall points earned during the 2014 season, encompassing the entire organization. Avian Monroe notched third in his age category for sparring. Maicy Monroe received first in sparring as well as first in forms. Gruber also earned first in sparring and first in forms in her age category. Additionally, Gilbert took home first in sparring in her age category.
Competing in only his second career tournament, Broadway finished second in forms and second in sparring. In her first career tournament, Shotts placed first in sparring and third in forms. Participating in her first tournament in the adult category, Gilbert ended the day first in forms and second in sparring.
