A Nevada tradition returns March 20-21 with the 29th Annual Nevada Home & Leisure Show. Produced by KNEM/KNMO Radio in Nevada, the Nevada Home & Leisure Show annually features products and services from businesses in southwest Missouri and southeast Kansas.
Each year, displays include items never seen before by the public as some businesses use the event to promote new products or services.
According to KNEM/KNMO President and General Manager Mike Harbit, this year's Home & Leisure Show will once again be filled to capacity with exhibitors. A total of 50 businesses will be on hand displaying their products and services with many of those businesses taking part for the first time.
"This year's Nevada Home & Leisure Show will be as good as any that we've had with some outstanding exhibitors," said Harbit. "We feel this is a big annual event that kicks off spring and we certainly thank all the exhibitors and those who attend that make it a huge success each year."
The Nevada Home & Leisure Show will be Friday, March 20, from 5 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, March 21, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Nevada Middle School gymnasium at 900 N. Olive, in Nevada. There is free admission, plenty of parking, with door prizes and concessions available, with proceeds this year benefitting the Nevada High School After-Prom Committee.
