"Dr. Ugochukwu's experience in supervising accelerated programs at Mount Mary University will be an asset to Cottey as we look to expand our baccalaureate offerings in the years ahead," said Dr. Judy Rogers, president.
"Her work in strategic planning initiatives targeting curriculum and co-curriculum development, enrollment growth, and retention, will help Cottey maintain its position as a strong, vibrant institution."
"As someone who has held both a dean and assistant dean position, student success is at the core of every role I perform and a task I take seriously," said Dr. Ugochukwu. "It is my belief that student persistence is not only a product of strong academic offerings, but results from the kinds of leadership programs and activities available to students."
