Heavy rainfall washing away Griffons season

Matt Resnick/Daily Mail/ Lyons Stadium remained drenched Thursday afternoon as heavy rainfall continued to hammer the region, forcing the cancellation or postponement of four of the Nevada Griffons past five games, home and away. Weather permitting, the Griffons are next scheduled to host the Sedalia Bombers, Sunday at 7 p.m.
