Whitney L. Mowry -- William J. Tollerton

Brad and Cecelia Mowry, of Nevada, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Whitney Lyn Mowry, of Nevada, to William James Tollerton, of Nevada, son of James and Deborah Tollerton, of Laclede, Mo.

Whitney is a 2007 graduate of Nevada High School and received her bachelor of science in business administration in 2011 from University of Missouri-Kansas City. She graduated with her masters in business administration in 2012 from Pittsburg State University. Whitney is currently employed with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage Processing center as a team lead in Nevada, Mo.

William is a 2002 graduate of Brookfield, Mo., High School and receieved his bachelor of science in history in 2006 from Truman State University. William is currently employed with the Vernon County Historical Society as the museum coordinator for the Bushwhacker Museum and Historic Jail.

The couple plans to be married at 2 p.m., April 23, 2016, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, in Nevada.
