Lola Mae Barbour
Lola Mae Barbour, 96, of Walker, Mo., passed away Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015, at Nevada Regional Medical Center, following a short illness. She was born in the Harwood area on Nov. 19, 1918, to the late Earnest Franklin Radde and Lucy Mae Steel Radde.
Lola Mae attended Harwood School. On Nov. 10, 1939, she was united in marriage to Cecil Hayden Barbour who preceded her in death on July 1, 2006. To this union two children were born, Helen Marie and Kenneth Cecil.
In 1949, her an Cecil moved to the Walker area, where she lived until health issues forced her to go to Nevada Rehab and Nursing, where she resided until death.
Lola Mae was a member of the Nevada Eastern Star, a mother, wife, grandmother, and enjoyed sewing, cooking, and dancing. She worked at Keys Work Clothes until retirement.
Lola Mae was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and one brother, Lee Edward Radde.
Survivors include one daughter, Helen and her husband, Butch Bausch, of El Dorado Springs; one son, Kenny and his wife, Bobbie, of Walker; one grandson, Brien Bausch and his wife, Kendra, of El Dorado Springs; four granddaughters, Kristy Padgett and husband, Monte, of Milo, Kelley Trivett and husband, Ernie, of Parrish, Fla., Becky Bausch and fiancé, Barry Cline, of Columbia, Mo., and Brenda Bausch, of Columbia Mo.; three great-great-grandchildren, Mikena and Kaden Padgett, of Milo, and Khloe Trivett, of Parrish, Fla.; one sister, Minnie Spencer, of Belton, Mo.; and nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Graveside services with interment for Lola Mae Barbour will be held at 10 a.m., today, at the Green Lawn Cemetery, in Schell City, with the Pastor Scotty Pritchett officiating.
Service arrangements were under the direction of the Lewis-Hoagland Funeral Home, Schell City.
Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donors choice.
