Trio of Lady Tigers compete at Class 3 state CC meet

Nevada Lady Tigers runners Patience Lockhart, Virginia Haverstic, and Amara Pippin participated in the Class 3 State cross county meet last weekend in Jefferson City.

"They all ran very competitively," NHS cross county coach Robert Watts said. "I'm very proud of how they attacked the course. They ran their best meet of the year."

* Virginia Haverstic, 22:50, 118th-place.

* Amara Pippin, 22:58, 123rd-place.
