Kenneth Michael Anderson

Kenneth Michael Anderson, 55, passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2015 in St. Joseph, MO following a lengthy illness. He was born on January 11, 1960 in El Dorado Springs, MO to Dewaine Harold and Connie LeVern (Bybee) Anderson. He married LuAnn M. Lawson on March 9, 2007 and she survives of Nevada.

Kenneth came to Nevada from Kansas City at a young age with his family. He attended Nevada schools and had worked as a carpenter his whole life. In 2008 he began Anderson Construction which he operated until he was unable to due to illness.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his parents Connie and Paul (Pete) Moffat, Nevada; two sons, Michael Edmunds, Nevada, and Cody Anderson, St. Joseph; step-daughter Bobbie Baxter of the home; step-son Jerry Wheeler, Nevada; numerous grandchildren; siblings Tracy Bybee (Cindy), Nevada, Keith Anderson, El Dorado Springs, Randy Anderson, El Dorado Springs and Becky Myers (Roy), Nevada. He was preceded in death by his father; one grandson, Haedn Edmunds; and two brothers.

A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, November 16, 2015 at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada with Pastor Bill Platt officiating.
