Tigers compete at PSU relays

The Nevada Tigers track-and-field team was in Pittsburg (Kan.) Friday for the 27th Annual Jock's Nitch PSU Gorilla Relays.

After having competed in a track-and-field meet earlier in the week, NHS participated in a limited capacity at PSU.

The PSU Gorilla Relays featured 44 schools from six states.

NHS results

* Reagan Bradley, fourth-place in 100-meter dash, 13.35; fourth-place in 200-meter dash, 27.80.

* Virginia Haverstic, sixth-place in 2,000-meter steeplechase, 9:09.34.

* Carsten Warner, seventh-place in long jump, 15-feet 7-inches.
