A 7-2 West Central Conference road victory Thursday at Clinton kept Nevada's perfect season intact, as they improved to 8-0 overall (5-0 WCC).

At No. 1 singles, Nevada junior Emma Cheaney beat Ashton Cook 8-1; Erika Watanabe (Nev) edged Katelyn Gladfelter 9-7; Jaiden Cherry (Nev) trumped Sarena Hunt 8-0; Sydnie Baker (Nev) bested Claire Lowe 8-5; Mikena Padgett fell to Reese Potter 9-7; while Chelsea Jeans was toppled by Aubrie Wheeler 8-3.
Doubles matches
Nevada's top doubles tandem, Cheaney and Watanabe got past Cook and Lowe 8-5; Cherry and Baker dealt Gladfelter and Potter an 8-3 defeat; and Nevada's Kaitlyn Hogan and Katherine Pruitt doubled up Hunt-Wheeler 8-4.
