Bathroom facilities closed in city parks

The Nevada Parks and Recreation Department has announced bathroom facilities were closed in all city parks on Monday. In preparation for the winter months all facilities are scheduled to be winterized and will reopen the first part of April. The department apologizes for any inconvenience.
