Bunton retires, honored for years of service

Dr. Thomas Bunton (left), retiring R-5 Foundation Board President was honored for his 23 years of service to the students of Nevada High School and the Nevada R-5 Foundation at a recent board meeting.

Dr. Bunton has served on the Foundation Board since 1996, the first year of the scholarship board’s existence, and is also a former member of the Nevada R-5 School Board.

Presenting the plaque to Dr Bunton is Kevin McKinley, outgoing R-5 Foundation Director.
