Brenton Thomas Handly
Brenton Thomas Handly, 29, Nevada, Mo., passed away June 21, 2019, as a result of an automobile accident.
Brenton was born May 30, 1990 in Nevada, Mo., to Max Handly and Terry (Handly) Jones. Brenton was raised in Nevada, graduating from Nevada High School in 2008. He was employed by Niece Products of Fort Scott as a painter, a job he loved. Brenton enjoyed working on cars, being outdoors and hunting mushrooms.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Dennise, and her children Treyton, Aiden and Ashlyn of Nevada; his daughters, Nevaeh of Republic, and Amelia of Nevada and Alexis Foreman, of Nevada; his girlfriend; his brother, John Pippin and wife, Kim, of Joplin; sister, Tallie Moscato of Nevada; grandmothers, Peggy Jones of Stockton, Rosalie Handly of Nevada; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Brenton was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Sid Jones of Stockton and Thomas Handly of Nevada; and his brother-in-law, Michael Moscato of Jefferson City.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, June 27, at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada. Committal services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, July 1, at Moore Cemetery in Nevada.
