Bull Riding King: Stratford captures VCYF Rodeo crown

Former Bronaugh High School student J.R. Stratford turned in a dominant performance at the recent Vernon County Youth Fair Rodeo, capturing the Bull riding crown at the three-day event — held at the Vernon County Fairgrounds.

A 2017 Junior Bull riding World Champion, Stratford is set to compete Friday in Pro Bull Rodeo competition at Jennings Arena in Green Ridge, Missouri.
