Janet Kay Payne

Janet Kay Payne, 68, Nevada, Mo., died on Thursday, Nov. 26, 2020, at Moore-Few Care Center in Nevada. Janet was born April 25, 1952, in Moberly, Mo., to Lester and Leona (Buhler) Thomas.

A private committal will be in the National Cemetery in Fort Scott, Kan. No services planned.
