County's active COVID-19 cases decrease to two

The Vernon County Health Department recently released an update to county COVID-19 numbers.

The county's total number of COVID-19 cases is now at 2,120. This includes 1,513 confirmed cases and 607 probable cases. There has been 6 new cases and 2 of those still active — having decreased from last week's active cases number of 3.

There has been a total of 51 deaths from COVID-19 in the county.

According to the health department, as of June 15, there have been 31,521 negative PCR tests reported to the health department.

Also, as of June 16, there have been 8,953 COVID-19 vaccinations administered.
