Sheldon volleyball beats Ballard

The Sheldon High School volleyball team opened Golden Valley Vernon County Conference play in winning fashion on Monday, beating Ballard three sets to one on the Lady Panthers' home court.

Deborah Lamb led the way with 11 kills, three aces, and two blocks.

Britain Korsi added five kills and an ace.

Ella Kleeman recorded three kills, one block, and one ace.

Madison Garren had one kill and one ace, as well.

Sheldon continues GVVCC play Thursday against rival Bronaugh.
