George "Erwin" Brannan

George "Erwin" Brannan, 76, of Bronaugh, Mo., passed away on Sunday, Sept. 26, 2021. Erwin was born Nov. 13, 1944, in Fort Scott, Kan., to George F. and Revay Thomas Brannan. He married Gladys Holland on Dec. 14, 1963, in Nevada, Mo. She survives of the home.

Erwin grew up near Garland, Kan., and graduated from Bronaugh High School, Class of 1962. He worked several years for Jet Flow Mfg. & Plaza Sheet Metal before joining his father farming and later raising cattle. He enjoyed hunting and horses.

In addition to his wife, Gladys, he is survived by two daughters, Dana Lamb and husband, Doug, and Kimberly Lawson and husband, David; two grandchildren, Kaitlyn Love and husband, Zach, and Mitchell Lamb; three great-grandchildren, Jaxon Love, Ava Lamb, and Oaklee Hayes; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
