Brenda Louise Agee

Brenda Louise Agee, 71, of McLouth, died Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2022, at her home. She was born Nov. 3, 1950, at Nevada, Mo., the daughter of William Franklin Sr. and Renda May Ellis Agee.

Brenda graduated from Nevada High School. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, Kan. Brenda worked as a drug and alcohol counselor. She was a member of the McLouth Church of the Nazarene.

Survivors include a son, Joshua Gray Wells and a daughter, Holly and son-in-law Darin Edmonds, both of McLouth; brothers, Stafford Agee, Daniel Kent Agee, and William Franklin Agee; four sisters, Alice Reaves, Virginia Crites, Carol Brundridge and Serena Wallace; her grandchildren, Kathryn Wells, Matthew Wells, Walker Edmonds, and Taylor Edmonds; and a great-grandson, Mason. She was preceded in death by a brother, Calvin Agee; and three sisters, Marian, Tonya and Muriel.

Funeral services were held 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 1, at the McLouth Church of The Nazarene. Visitation was held one hour prior to the services, 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will follow at the McLouth Cemetery.
