New speed limit to be implemented near Cottey College campus

In a press release issued by Nevada City Manager Mark Mitchell, an upcoming alteration to the speed limit near Cottey College campus was announced.

Beginning Thursday, July 6, motorists traveling on South College Street, stretching from Austin Boulevard to Sycamore Street, will encounter a reduced speed limit of 15 miles per hour. This adjustment aims to bolster safety throughout the Cottey College campus by mitigating potential risks.
