Knights checkmate Calhoun twice

WALKER, Mo. -- Northeast Vernon County recorded double wins over non-conference foe Calhoun on Tuesday.

NEVC (3-4) defeated the Calhoun Eagle boys 76-59. Four Knights totaled double digits, led by Jared Taylor with 21. Dustin Terry, Joe Coy and Steve Koshko scored 19, 18 and 14, respectively.

The Lady Knights (3-4) toppled Calhoun 42-34. Katie Foreman's 15 and 12 from Becca Price paced the NEVC victory.
