The Calvary Christian Lady Eagles volleyball team split a pair of matches earlier this week.

Calvary beat the El Dorado Springs Lady Buffalos Monday at the Nevada YMCA, 25-11 and 25-11.

Sarah Hall led Calvary with 11 points while Rachelle Talley had four kills.

The Lady Eagles then dropped a match to the Training Center Eagles at Garden City, 25-21 and 25-16.

In that match Kylie Kitsmiller led the team with eight points and Talley again led in kills with four.

The split leaves Calvary's record at 8-9 this season.

The junior varsity was a little more successful, winning both matches against the same opponents.

The JV won 25-21 and 25-22 Monday, and 25-11 and 25-13 Tuesday.

Calvary is in action again today when they play a tri-match in Mission, Kan.
