CCS boys handle Shawnee Mission

The Calvary Eagles (2-2) beat Shawnee Mission, Kan., in boys basketball Monday, 49-36.

Scott Borders had 21 points in the win and Tyler Borders had 11 to go with 10 rebounds.

The girls (0-3) lost to Shawnee Mission, 51-19 despite Brenda Hyder's 11 points.

The boys lost to the Christian School of Springfield Friday, 60-29. Tyler Borders had 16 points and 10 rebounds in the loss.

Both teams play Friday in Osceola.
