William Darrell Foster
William Darrell Foster, 45, Nevada, died Sunday, Jan. 9, 2005, at his residence following an illness of several months. He was born June 24, 1959, in Oneida, Tenn., to Eugene Foster and Kathleen Landrum Foster. He grew up in Oklahoma.
He graduated from high school in Richmond, Mo. He has been a partner with his brother Carl in Foster Brothers Siding in Nevada, for the past 17 years.
Survivors include his mother, Kathleen Fancher, of the home; one son, Desmond Foster, Indian Springs, Mo.; one daughter, Kendra Kirby, Nevada; two brothers, Larry Foster, Richmond, Mo., and Carl Foster, Nevada; two sisters, Debbie Miller, Orrick, Mo., and Teresa Hodnedt, Arkadelphia, Ark.; maternal grandfather, W. A. Landrum, Wartburg, Ind.; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Foster; and one brother, Melvin Foster.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 12, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada, with John Nichols officiating. Interment will follow at Newton Burial Park, Nevada.
Friends may call from now and until the hour of service at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday between 1 and 2 p.m.
