CCS boys win, girls lose

Calvary split with Chanute, Kan., Tuesday, with the boys winning 45-37 and the girls falling 36-25.

Tyler Borders led the boys with 24 points, 17 rebounds and six steals, as they used a 12-3 start to carry them to victory.

The girls were led by Sha-Ree Chevalier, who scored 10 points and had seven rebounds and seven steals. Sarah Hall also scored 10 for the Lady Eagles.

The boys improved to 4-3 with the win, the girls fell to 0-5.
