Rogers 60th wedding anniversary

Earl and Marjorie Rogers will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Jan. 24. Earl "Buster" Rogers and Marjorie Josepeit were married at Goodland, Kan., on Jan. 24, 1945. They moved to their Richards home in 1951 from Colorado. They have three daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Eldon Verman, Independence, Mo.; Jackie and Jimmie Linn, Bronaugh; and Shirley and Ron Peckman, Richards. Mr. and Mrs. Rogers also have seven grandchildren.

The family will celebrate the occasion with a private family gathering on Jan. 28, but encourages the sending of cards or calls by the many friends of the Rogerses. Cards may be sent to: Route 1, Box 4, Richards, MO 64778.
