David Wayne Ernsbarger
David Wayne Ernsbarger, passed away March 26, 2005, in Yuma, Ariz. He was born on Aug. 13, 1936, in Butler, where he graduated from Butler High School in 1954.
David is a Navy veteran and retired from Southwestern Bell. He was a member of Gloria de Cristo Lutheran Church, CWA, Telephone Pioneers and Yuma Elks.
David is survived by his wife of 23 years, Myrl (Goebel) Ernsbarger, of Yuma; brother, Leonard (Marylyn) Ernsbarger, Nevada; daughters, Adele (Bob) Waye, of Odessa, Mo., and Teresa Ernsbarger, of Kansas City, Mo.; son, Clayton Ernsbarger, of Overland Park, Kan.; stepdaughters, Debbie (Terry) Mast, of Kansas City, Kan., and Brenda Bowlin, of Yuma; stepsons, Bob (Susan) Bowlin, of Littleton, Colo., and Chuck (Tracey) Bowlin, of Kansas City, Mo.; special sister-in-law, Roberta Robinson, of Kansas City, Kan.; brothers-in-law, the Rev. Sam Goebel, of Illinois, and Bob Goebel, of Kansas; along with 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Reta Ernsbarger.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, March 31, at 11 a.m., at Gloria de Cristo Lutheran Church in Yuma.
