Frakes, Souza to wed May 28

Whitney Ann Frakes, daughter of Dennis and Donna Boeke of Stockton and Randal Frakes of Springfield, and Joseph Souza, son of Russell and Muriel Souza of Schell City, announce their upcoming marriage.

Wedding plans are for Saturday, May 28, 2005, at the North Shelter at Stockton State Park.
