Ivan "Ralph" Fanning
Ivan "Ralph" Fanning, 76, Fort Worth, Texas, died Sunday, May 22, 2005, at a hospital in Fort Worth, Texas.
He was born Sept. 26, 1928, in Nevada, to Ralph and Mildred Fanning. He was married to Bonnie Mae Fanning, who survives of the home.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Haltom City, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Raymond Fanning.
In addition to his wife, Bonnie Mae, he is survived by two daughters, Joyce Koehlhoffer, Kopperl, Texas, and Madorie Epps, Fort Worth, Texas; two sons, Ron Fanning, North Richland Hills, Texas, and James Fanning, Paradise, Texas; 12 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Robetta Handyside, Luetta Whiteside, of Nevada, and Marjorie Swanson; and three brothers, Norvell Fanning, Melvin Fanning, and Dwight Fanning.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., today, at the First Baptist Church of Holtom City, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., Thurday, May 26, at Olive Branch Cemetery in Milo, with Melvin Fanning and Clifford Swanson officiating.
The family will receive friends between 7 and 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 25, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada.
