While several family members -- his mother, father, aunt and uncle -- watched, Hunter willingly donated the locks and prepared for a new look of his own.

A local boy, Hunter Lukenbill, wanted to do something special for someone else. It took him two years to grow his hair to the required length for a donation to a special charity.
