Man arrested after camera is discovered in tanning facility faces misdemeanor

A Sheldon man, Kirk Davisson, 46, has been arrested in Butler after a hidden camera was found in a tanning booth in a business Davisson owned. He is charged with attempted invasion of privacy, second degree, a misdemeanor.
A pre-trial conference is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 15, before Bates County Associate Circuit Judge John O'Bannon. Davisson is being held on a $30,000 cash-only bond.
