Police seek suspects in Tuesday home entry crime
Police are looking for two suspects in a reported forced entry at a Nevada home on Tuesday.
According to a press release from the Nevada Police Department, at 11:22 p.m., Tuesday, officers were called to the home of James A. Harper, in the 100 block of West Garfield. Harper told police that two young males came to his home asking to see his son. When Harper advised the males his son was not at home, one of the males displayed a handgun and demanded money. Struggle ensued and Harper disarmed the male with the handgun. The handgun turned out to be a look-alike toy pistol.
The two males then left the home without taking anything. Both were described as teenagers; one Hispanic and the other white.
