Two killed in Wednesday crash

Two men were killed and a third injured in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday evening, on U.S. 69, 2.4 miles south of K-52 in Linn County, Kan.

According to a report from the Kansas Highway Patrol, Cody W. Clark, 21, of Walker, was driving south on U.S. 69, driving a 1992 Buick Roadmaster and crossed over the centerline, striking a 2004 Jeep Liberty driven by Justin M. Stogsdill, 25. of Pleasanton, Kan., head-on.

Clark and Stogsdill were both killed. Darrin O. Hodgins, 37, of Richards, a passenger in Clark's car, was taken by air ambulance to Overland Park Regional Medical Center with disabling injuries.

The report stated that none of the crash victims were wearing a seatbelt.
