Chloe Noelle Mays

James Anthoney "Tony" and Natalie Dawn Mays, Cape Girardeau, Mo., are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Chloe Noelle Mays.

Chloe was born at 9:12 a.m., Dec. 28, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds.

Paternal grandparents are Jimmy and Pat Mays, Sikeston, Mo. Maternal grandparents are Robert and Bettie Forsythe, Schell City. Maternal great-grandmother is Opal Gould, Martinsburg, W. Va.
