Hensley, Hixon

Fred and Susan Hixon of Fort Scott, Kan., are delighted to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jill Hixon, to David Hensley of Nevada, Mo.

The bride-elect is a Girard High School graduate and earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Southwest Baptist University. In 2004, she graduated with a Master of Business Administration from SBU. She is the employment specialist for the Mercy Health Center.

The prospective-groom is the son of the late Stanley and Dorothy Hensley. He is a graduate of Nevada High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southwest Missouri State. He is the corporate director of Business Services for the Mercy Health Center.

The couple will be married on May 13, 2006, at the Grace Baptist Tabernacle, Fort Scott, Kan.
