Patsy R. Wells Sneed

Patsy R. Wells Sneed, 69, rural Sheldon, Mo., died Monday morning, March 27, 2006, at Nevada Regional Medical Center in Nevada, Mo., following a lengthy illness. She was born Nov. 24, 1936, in Okmulgee, Okla., to Odus Neal Wells and Ruth Naomi Bird Wells. She was married June 14, 2003, in Sheldon, to Clifford Sneed Sr. who survives of the home.

In addition to her husband Clifford, survivors include, her mother, Ruth Wells, Okmulgee; three brothers, James Neal Wells, Oklahoma City, Okla., Eddy Eugene Wells, Torrington, Wyo., and Robert Don Wells, Tulsa, Okla.

She is the mother of one son, Clifford Sneed Jr., rural Sheldon; and four daughters, Toni Sneed Phelan, Calif., Vickie Agapeau, Pamela Gibson and Melissa Howser, all of Marshall, Mo.; she has 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Odus, and one brother, Vernon Lee Wells.

A private family memorial service is planned for a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada. She will be truly missed by all of those who loved her and knew her.
