Neptunes swim in Carthage

The Nevada Neptunes participated in the Carthage Invitational Swim Meet Saturday.
Kristen Badgley won her division in three events, while Melanie Messick, Levi Palmer, Garrett Forester and Morgan Hold also won events in their divisions.
Badgley won the girls age 15-18, 200-yard freestyle, the 50-yard backstroke and the 200 individual medley.
Messick won her division in the girls age 13-14, 50 freestyle.
Palmer won the boys 8-and-under, 25-yard backstroke.
Forester won the boys 6-and-under, 25-yard backstroke.
Hold won the boys age 11-12, 100-yard IM.
The boys age 11-12, 200-yard medley relay team also won. Chance Hill, Dillon Smith, Morgan Hold and Slade Stiles were on the team.
The girls 8-and-under 100-yard medley relay team of Carsten Warner, Megan Hold, Lori Lile and Ashton Eador finished third.
The girls age 11-12, 200-yard medley relay team of Megan Messick, Shelby Thorns, Brooke Munsterman and Caitlyn Cable also was third.
Forester also finished eighth in the 25-yard freestyle.
The boys 10-and-under, 100-yard medley relay team of Dalton Eador, Jesse Claypool, Andrew Messick and Andrew Quitno was fifth.
Carlie McCaffree was sixth in the girls 6-and-under, 25-yard freestyle.
Maddie McCaffree was eighth in the girls 6-and-under, 25-yard freestyle, and sixth in the 25-yard backstroke.
Haiden Richmond was ninth in the girls 6-and-under, 25-yard freestyle and third in the 25-yard backstroke.
Dalton Eador was ninth in the boys 10-and-under, 50-yard freestyle and sixth in the 50-yard backstroke.
Morgan Hold was ninth in the boys age 11-12, 50-yard freestyle.
Caitlyn Cable was fourth in the girls age 11-12, 50-yard freestyle.
Shelby Thorns was ninth in the girls age 11-12, 50-yard freestyle.
Rachel Savage was seventh in the girls age 13-14, 50-yard freestyle, sixth in the 50-yard backstroke and ninth in the 200 IM.
Badgley was fourth in the girls age 15-18, 50-yard freestyle.
Grace Palmer was seventh in the girls 6-and-under, 25-yard backstroke.
Lucas Denman was ninth in the boys age 11-12, 50-yard backstroke and eighth in the 100 IM.
Megan Messick was ninth in the girls age 11-12, 50-yard backstroke and third in the 100 IM.
Jesse Claypool was third in the boys 10-and-under, 100 IM.
Emily Ricketts finished fourth in the girls age 15-18, 200 IM.
Caitlyn Cable also competed in a meet in Siloam Springs Independence Meet held July 8-9. Cable was third in the girls age 11-12, 50-yard freestyle and sixth in the 50-yard backstroke.
