Jimmy Lee Johnson

Jimmy Lee Johnson, 66, Nevada, Mo., passed away on Saturday, Oct. 21, 2006, at St. John's hospital, Springfield, Mo. He was born Sept. 10, 1940, in Rhondo, Mo., to George William Johnson and Ellen Mae Farmer Johnson.

Jimmy worked in construction most of his working life until his retirement. He was a member of the Brick Layer's Union, Kansas City, Mo. He lived his life to the fullest.

Survivors include one son, Patrick Johnson, Nevada; one daughter, Amy Hames and her husband William, Nevada; four grandchildren, Krystal Taylor, Jamie Johnson, Amber Hames, and Keith Hames; one brother, Arthur Johnson, Las Vegas, Nev.; and one sister, Lela McClintick, Brazilton, Kan. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; one sister; and one son.

No services are planned. Arrangements are by Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada.
