Mid-school wrestling ends season

The Nevada Middle School wrestling team finished their season at the Ray-Pec tournament last week.

Tanner Charles, Zach Shepherd, Devin Miller, Austin Denning and Brandon Tabor each went unbeaten at the tournament to win their weight classes.

Kyle Bennett, Justin Prewitt, Jon Sheets and Steven Palmer each placed second.

Spencer Scotten, Chase Jeans and Johnathon Klingaman took third.

Austin Huggins, Gage Brooks and Nathan Stroud also competed in the tourney.
